Profile of Dr. Adizes

Dr. AdizesDuring his 40 years of his professional career, Dr Adizes has achieved world recognition in three fields of management. In the 1960”s he was recognized as a leader in the field of workers participation in decision making (self management, industrial democracy, cooperative management). In the 1969 he established the first graduate program in the world in the field of Management of Performing Arts (opera, theater, music). Since 1975 he has developed the leading methodology for managing organizational change about which he has lectured in fifty two countries.

Dr. Adizes is one of the worlds leading experts on improving the performance of business and government by making fundamental change without the chaos and destructive conflict that plague many efforts.

He is the academic Dean of the Adizes Graduate School for the study of Leadership and Change, which he established in 1994.
The methodology that bears his name had helped organizations in a variety of countries to achieve results and gain leadership positions in industries ranging from banking to food service, and in organizations as different as churches and governments.

Dr. Adizes introduced his philosophy in one of his early books “How to solve the Mismanaging Crisis”. This book has been translated to 22 languages and became a bestseller in several countries. As he continued to develop his philosophy, Dr Adizes wrote and published additional 10 books, which have been extensively translated and published in more then 50 editions and twenty six languages..
Dr Adizes classic work, Corporate Lifecycles, was selected as one of the 10 best Business Books by the Library Journal and Executive Excellence magazine selected him in the top 30 thought leaders of the top 100 of America.
