Our Academic Program

1.Organizational Life Cycles

In this course participants learn how an organization grows ages and dies and why. Participants will learn how to diagnose which problems are normal ie “age appropriate” which are abnormal and which are fatal for the organization.

Participants will learn how to predict future problems organizations will have and such learning will provide for proactive , preventative treatment of organizations.

The course will also cover how to get out of the founders trap entrepreneurial companies often face and do not know how to effectively make the transition. It will cover how to correctly implement succession planning and what is the desired style of leadership at each stage of the life cycle of an organization. Participants will also learn the causes of organizational aging and how to rejuvenate bureaucratized organizations.

2.Roles and Styles of Management and Mismanagement

In this course participants will learn a functional approach to management: what it is supposed to do and which mismanagement styles will emerge when any of the roles of management are not performed. In this course participants learn how to diagnose management from mismanagement style and distinguish it from a leadership style.

This course covers how to diagnose if the top management team is complementary and which combinations are effective and which are not. As a result of taking this course participants will be able to analyze a managerial style and predict how that style will manage and the type of decisions each style will make.

3.Changing in the top managements level

In this course participants learn the managerial impacts of change, why is conflict inevitable, how to make it constructive rather than destructive, how to [redact whether good decisions are being made in the organization before the results have even come in; how to predict if decisions that should provide for change will be implemented and how to increase the probability that strategic decisions that cause change will be swiftly and promptly implemented. At the end participants will learn how to predict if any system will be successful or it will fail to reach its changing goals.
